Olga Šilhová and Lenka Klicperová returned from a month trip to Chad. They had been focusing on the problems of refugees from Darfur living in huge refugee camps at the troubled Chad-Sudanese border. The conditions for work in a police state, such as Chad, were extremely difficult. It was very complicated to get for example permission for filming. At one point the organizers of the trip nearly got arrested and were almost withdrawn of the photographic and camera equipment. However finally both women managed to get into the refugee camps of the UNHCR. The material has been in process – photographs, stories of the refugees and the video material. The photo gallery will appear on the Femipshera website as soon as possible!
